After booking my move, All My Sons cancelled 5 days before the booked date. Choose All My Sons if you are not concerned about actually moving on a given date.

The movers broke my nightstand and tried to cover it up. I understand mistakes happen however I've contacted their claims department 7 times and have received a range of excuses or no call back at all. Do not use this company. You will end up with broken furniture and noone to contact to get it fixed.

Giving a one star only because I cannot give a negative score. Where do I start? First, two trucks and two crews show up to our house when we only asked for one. Second, I instruct them exactly how to load so they can easily unload at the new house. Furniture first, then all the boxes next. The reason being that the boxes will all go downstairs through the back driveway access and the furniture will go to the front door via the street. BEWARE! Please checkout all reviews (Yelp,Google,online blogs) before hiring this company. Original quote was $406 for two hours to move heavy items from old apartment to new, approx 10-15mins away. The total time from loading at old apartment to unloading and leaving new apartment was 1 hour and 29mins, they said truck GPS said it was 2 hrs 45mins, suspect truck was sitting somewhere close by after leaving the new apartment. Horrible and I would NEVER use them again! The moving truck got stuck in my yard trying to back up out of my driveway and was STUCK for FOUR HOURS. I wasted all that time that could have been moving time. My bill to fix the yard damage was $2,200. When I tried to get reimbursed, and i provided pictures of damaged yard as well as the bill, their claim "specialist" AB Balderas would only give me $300! Absolutely horrendous. Do not be fooled - as I was - by the semi-decent Google reviews. They cannot be accurate. Charged us way more than they said, which means they knew they had lowballed us initially or were terrible at determining how long it would take. Either way, they can't be trusted. The Day 1 packing crew simply gave up towards the end of the time - they said they "ran out of boxes" and that "tomorrow's crew will pack." THESE MOVERS ARE HORRIBLE. They charged us 30% more than the quote. They packed glasses stacked on top of one another without wrapping them --- yes, they all broke. Furniture is chipped. They stuffed wardrobe boxes full of stuff, completely defeating the purpose of wardrobe boxes that should have clothes hanged in it. They were rude and lazy. I would rate them at zero if possible. Had a moved scheduled for Thursday May 26th between 8:00 - 10:00, received a phone call at 8:10 that our move was canceled. Too many employees called in "sick" that day. Did not care my husband and I took the day off and needed the move to happen that day. I was just told sorry for any inconvenience and they put their employees first about the customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

GOT A SERVICE DONE TODAY: SOMEONE STOLE A WATCH (more than $500) IN A BOX, PLAIN AS DAY! Called about three people on site within 2 hours of the completed job and no one who actually did the job has contacted me back, how are the workers trained and professionals if they are stealing WHILE ON THE JOB?
