Horrible and I would NEVER use them again! The moving truck got stuck in my yard trying to back up out of my driveway and was STUCK for FOUR HOURS. I wasted all that time that could have been moving time. My bill to fix the yard damage was $2,200. When I tried to get reimbursed, and i provided pictures of damaged yard as well as the bill, their claim "specialist" AB Balderas would only give me $300! Absolutely horrendous. Do not be fooled - as I was - by the semi-decent Google reviews. They cannot be accurate. Charged us way more than they said, which means they knew they had lowballed us initially or were terrible at determining how long it would take. Either way, they can't be trusted. The Day 1 packing crew simply gave up towards the end of the time - they said they "ran out of boxes" and that "tomorrow's crew will pack." THESE MOVERS ARE HORRIBLE. They charged us 30% more than the quote. They packed glasses stacked on top of one another without wrapping them --- yes, they all broke. Furniture is chipped. They stuffed wardrobe boxes full of stuff, completely defeating the purpose of wardrobe boxes that should have clothes hanged in it. They were rude and lazy. I would rate them at zero if possible. Had a moved scheduled for Thursday May 26th between 8:00 - 10:00, received a phone call at 8:10 that our move was canceled. Too many employees called in "sick" that day. Did not care my husband and I took the day off and needed the move to happen that day. I was just told sorry for any inconvenience and they put their employees first about the customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

GOT A SERVICE DONE TODAY: SOMEONE STOLE A WATCH (more than $500) IN A BOX, PLAIN AS DAY! Called about three people on site within 2 hours of the completed job and no one who actually did the job has contacted me back, how are the workers trained and professionals if they are stealing WHILE ON THE JOB?

don't do it!!!!!!! they are a bait and switch company!!!!!! i was quoted $470 with $100 deposit, when they came to move us and had everything we owned on the truck and my total bill was $1074.00!!!!! they arrived at 12.42 and i got the bill for $1074.00 @2.47pm, and when i called. "the rate is 209.00 per hour" i was told $159 on the phone when i made the reservation. nowhere does this math add up!!!!! not the supervisor, not the customer service department was any help and said "you signed, you owe" they move you and ho... read more

0, if I could go lower I would. I paid for service and my items were neglected and lies were told about my behavior to cover the laziness of the delivery men. They were worn out by the time of my delivery and therefore the three hrs I paid for didn't work for the tired men, also plenty of water breaks were taken as they asked for water which I supplied for them, and they left 25% of my furniture at the loading dock and the driver said have fun delivering it yourself. BEWARE, This company is stealing money from consumers, they add unnecessary charges and you have to fight them for a refund. Price gouging. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Just put in to get a quote on website and it automatically calls you. But whoever was on the other end, either didn't want to talk to anyone or wasn't ready. I just heard them watching TV and I kept saying hello and they just hung up....very unprofessional and not a good first impression. Needless to say I will not be using them.
