When I first called All My Sons I spoke with someone who quoted me for $199/hour for three men plus $199 for a travel fee. I explained that my other moves took about 3ish hours and he said he wanted to try to get it done in 2. Once I called to make the deposit, I wanted to get an idea of what times were available based on when I was able to reserve the loading dock and elevator in my new building. I wish there was a negative review option for them. I had a horrible experience with this company. Movers were rude, one walked around eating Pringles instead of working, damaged furniture, damaged brand new appliances and took 11+ hours. The lead informed me that they "forgot" the screws to my refrigerator at the other house so they couldn't set it up. Then asked me to go get them in rush hour. THIS - THEY WERE A WHOLE MESS!!! DO NOT USE!!! 3 bedroom + office Where do I start? They made my life more stressful after paying them almost $3000. I was told they are all trained, professional and insured, and have experience with moving a grand piano down a narrow staircase. I only saw good reviews, not the reviews on yelp. My move from TX to GA was cheaper that 20 minutes away for the same amount of furniture. I am not sure how it took 8 hours to move 2 rooms of furniture. For 1500 and still tried to get me to pay more. I refused to pay more so all my furniture didn't get put back together. It is cheaper to rent a truck and hire loaders.

Where do I begin... We have moved at least 10 times primarily across country, so we are very experienced with the moving process. We booked a month in advance. We were well prepared. We had removed all liquids chemicals and food. We went with this company because Amber came to our house to do an assessment. She had a lot of credibility and was very thorough. I had a HORRIBLE experience with them! And I highly recommend using another moving company!! I paid my deposit to hold my place for this past Saturday and was told by a manager that they accepted a bigger job and if he was me he would be proactive and start looking for another same day moving company!! Or they can move me on Tuesday..... How unprofessional is that!!! I would not be recommending this company to ANYBODY EVER!! DO NOT WAIST UR TIME!!

Let me forewarn anyone who is contemplated using these people for your moving needs. I recently contacted them about moving a small amount, and when I say small, I'm talking 8 pieces of furniture. my daughter was moving back in with us, so the mover needed to move it from her rented home to our home. I'm giving 2 stars because the 3 guys who moved me were great but the 1 girl with them (I think was the lead) was extremely rude. Not only did she tell me when she heard my voice (meaning because I'm black) she knew I was not going to tip and would be "penny pitching because times is hard". She then said "I love working with my white people". I live in New Jersey, and we were helping my sister in law move out of her one bedroom apartment in Georgia. She moved her belongings to a storage unit nearby. I was quoted a price by Cody of around $500. We gave them a $100 deposit. We knew there may be some additional expense, but this small move ended up costing us $1200! Don't ever use them because they weren't true to their word! They even misspelled my name in my email address so I wasn't receiving their correspondence. Don't use them!
