don't do it!!!!!!! they are a bait and switch company!!!!!! i was quoted $470 with $100 deposit, when they came to move us and had everything we owned on the truck and my total bill was $1074.00!!!!! they arrived at 12.42 and i got the bill for $1074.00 @2.47pm, and when i called. 0, if I could go lower I would. I paid for service and my items were neglected and lies were told about my behavior to cover the laziness of the delivery men. They were worn out by the time of my delivery and therefore the three hrs I paid for didn't work for the tired men, also plenty of water breaks were taken as they asked for water which I supplied for them, and they left 25% of my furniture at the loading dock and the driver said have fun delivering it yourself. BEWARE, This company is stealing money from consumers, they add unnecessary charges and you have to fight them for a refund. Price gouging. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Just put in to get a quote on website and it automatically calls you. But whoever was on the other end, either didn't want to talk to anyone or wasn't ready. I just heard them watching TV and I kept saying hello and they just hung up....very unprofessional and not a good first impression. Needless to say I will not be using them.

DO NOT use this moving company. They are not upfront with cost. Initially they, quoted me $477, then change it to $606 a few days before my move. I was upset but lucky I was able to find a better moving company.

We've tried to use this company for 2 separate moves, 3 years apart. Both times, they've called and canceled on us the day of the move. I wouldn't even call them if you're searching for movers.

I wish I didn't have to leave this review but our experience was beyond terrible. We had a pretty standard move - about 30 minutes across town, 3 bed going to another 3 bed. Nothing extravagant. Both homes under 3,000 square feet. The movers arrived on time, but were lazy and careless. They were on their phones having conversations, texting, etc. while we were paying $200/hr. AMS damaged everything they touched and should not be in business. The damages totaled over $20,000 because items are broken beyond repair and the claim amount offered was $1,200. I can't replace my coffee table for $1,200; not to mention the China cabinet's two broken glass shelves or chipped buffet.. Get this.. they broke a leg of the China cabinet and places it in the drawer- no integrity at all. Hardwood floors damaged, damage to the Sheetrock and the list of damages goes on.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! The pictures say more than words. The crew was negligent. They did not protect the floors or wrap the furniture. Look at the pictures of them dragging my sofa into the house and damaging the new finished hardwood floors. They will send you a bunch of paperwork saying you signed a waiver - not so... be careful and pursue your options to get compensated. I paid with American Express and I am having them get the credit I deserve to cover the damages.
