DO NOT use this moving company. They are not upfront with cost. Initially they, quoted me $477, then change it to $606 a few days before my move. I was upset but lucky I was able to find a better moving company.

We've tried to use this company for 2 separate moves, 3 years apart. Both times, they've called and canceled on us the day of the move. I wouldn't even call them if you're searching for movers.

I wish I didn't have to leave this review but our experience was beyond terrible. We had a pretty standard move - about 30 minutes across town, 3 bed going to another 3 bed. Nothing extravagant. Both homes under 3,000 square feet. The movers arrived on time, but were lazy and careless. They were on their phones having conversations, texting, etc. while we were paying $200/hr. AMS damaged everything they touched and should not be in business. The damages totaled over $20,000 because items are broken beyond repair and the claim amount offered was $1,200. I can't replace my coffee table for $1,200; not to mention the China cabinet's two broken glass shelves or chipped buffet.. Get this.. they broke a leg of the China cabinet and places it in the drawer- no integrity at all. Hardwood floors damaged, damage to the Sheetrock and the list of damages goes on.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! The pictures say more than words. The crew was negligent. They did not protect the floors or wrap the furniture. Look at the pictures of them dragging my sofa into the house and damaging the new finished hardwood floors. They will send you a bunch of paperwork saying you signed a waiver - not so... be careful and pursue your options to get compensated. I paid with American Express and I am having them get the credit I deserve to cover the damages.

My second time using their service first time it was absolutely perfect no problem. I chose to use their service again and half of my pictures on my missing they broke my mirror. they messed up my dresser. I have six items that I've never got back. They scratched up my wall as well. I will never use their service again and I will not recommend their service to anyone. Some of my pictures I've had since the 80s and I'm heartbroken that they're lost. How could they just leave items on the truck.

I hired them to move one bedroom, a couch and a refrigerator. I was told I would be charged a flat price per hour which included 1 hour of drive time from one house to the other. I was told that the charge would not start until they arrived and it would stop when they completed. They showed up at 9am but spent the first 20 minutes assessing the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I moved in October, and they scratched up the hardwood in both my previous house and my new home. They couldn't figure out that the ramp wouldn't fully come out on an incline at the first house, so they used the lift instead, which added time. Understandable, but obnoxious. Until they dropped the lift onto and crushed a piece of furniture. Honestly hard to imagine how this could have been worse. I booked a crew of three to pack and move a one bedroom apartment plus office. They showed up day of with two people and a new rate that I hadn't agreed to. It took two guys 15 hours to pack and load the apartment (not including unloading time at the new address)! The worst part though was the corporate service.
