On behalf of a family member: I don't even know where to start. Paid a deposit last week with All My Sons Moving and Storage. Was confirmed and told they will be at the house between 8am-10am. 10 am comes and no movers. I call and was told by Jimmy, the owner, that someone accidentally forgot to schedule us and he will 'try' to 'fit' us in. No apologies were offered. Not one. We wait. We wait. Movers didn't arrive till 5:15 PM. Oh, we will give you a fourth guy free to speed it up, now mind you it's an hourly fee. Ok, cool... read more

I would leave a negative review if I could. Our experience with this company couldn't have been more horrendous. We had thousands of dollars worth of our possessions stolen, they damaged an insane amount of furniture, they damaged furniture that was BRAND NEW that they didn't even move. Their "crew" was the laziest bunch of people i've ever seen. They showed up over 2 hours late. It took them over twice as long to pack and move us than they promised, and even then a chunk of our stuff was left at our old house that we had to... read more

These guys are clowns. I ended up canceling the service a few days after booking due to unrelated reasons. Spoke with Jimmie the owner a few times because their "system" kept me on the schedule. I was also told that I'd get a refund on my deposit. Nope. They kept my money, and ol Jimmie gets pretty defensive when told that his system isn't working. He let me know he's been in business quite a while and he knows what's going on! I guess he can keep earning these horrible reviews!
NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY! I booked them almost 2 months in advance. I should of known it was off to a bad start when I called to confirm a few days prior to my move and the quote was $100+ more then the original quote. After waiting 6 hours and not retuning any of my phone calls on the day of my move, they DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP for the job! The worst customer service and communication I've ever experienced.
