We had a terrible moving experience because of All My Sons - I would not recommend them! When the movers couldn't get all of our belongings on the truck we were left to find another solution. Customer service was not compassionate to our situation at all and we spent two extra days moving items with a truck and trailer. When the unexpected happened as many times they do, this company was unwilling to offer a solution or show any compassion for the situation. Part of running a successful business is they way a company responds to conflict and mistakes. All My Sons Moving gets a big Fail in that department. I will not recommend to the 100s of Real Estate clients that we encounter each year. The on site crew was very kind, respectful and hard working.

We had the WORST experience with all my sons for a local KC move. Paid for packing and moving services. It's questionable if the employees were ever trained. Absolutely NO organization or care for our belongings. Why wrap a tennis ball and not an antique glass vase?? Why use my lamp shade as a bucket for hangers?? Why do forks go into a box of sheets?? Why did you close the closet door when it wasn't empty?? Why didn't we get all of our stuff?? Why did you refuse to put furniture where we asked??

After using this company for a recent move, I am completely unsatisfied with the overall company and would never refer to them... nor use them in a future move! When I called to receive a quote for moving my 1200 sq. ft home, I was quoted 2 1/2 - 3 hrs over the phone. However, when the move was complete, the movers were with us almost 6 hours. I had a good experience with them. I got the quote and the cost of the move was right within the range. The movers were very nice and they moved everything very fast. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the contract said that they would shrink wrap my furniture before loading it on the truck and there was a fee for the shrink wrap, but they did not shrink wrap anything. Luckily nothing was damaged.

Was just curious about pricing and they said I HAD to schedule to even get a quote. I was worried about doing that but had heard good things about their movers. I told them that i was shipping around and I want even sure about my moving date yet. They stayed calling twice a day for two weeks, then i finally asked them to take me off their computer. I have a friend who hired this company. It was awful. Do not use them. Broken items - didn't move everything -late, etc.
