I am extremely dissatisfied with my move from All My Sons. 1) I was scheduled for Thursday. I had my whole life packed up ready to go for my scheduled date on Thursday, but they were unable to make it, therefore they rescheduled for Friday. 2) My 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom house across town took 8 hours. Let me repeat.... My 1 bedroom apartment took 8 HOURS to move. That does not include packing, I had already done that. Management, Jimmy showed no remorse. I will NEVER recommend All My Sons.

Edited!! They came and moved everything and the bill was what they quoted me. The owner Jimmy called me through every step of the way. Even called while they were moving to make sure everything was going good. The only thing I didn't like it after the movers left I noticed I had cash missing from my purse. I called the owner he told me to file a police report. Well with it being cash what can cops do? It's cash it's not traceable. Lock all your items in a room before they arrive. All my sons stole a PS4 they weren't even hired to move. When questioned, they pretended to conduct an investigation until we caught them in lies. Then the company refused to let us file a claim multiple times. When I went to file a police report the officer told me they've had multiple recent complaints against this company in Kansas City. Use at your own risk!!!!!

Today is don't ever use this company day, as is everyday hereafter. Our move actually went fairly well until we found out that they had removed a PS4 from its box during our move and left it on their truck. 3 weeks later and dozens of phone calls to Jimmy, who is the worst business owner in KC imo, and after multiple lies that he is caught in he assures us that his company has sent out the necessary documents just to simply file a claim.
