I tried to get a quote from Two Guys and a Truck and your company immediately called me. That would normally be great, but i was fed into some sort of phone loop that said someone would be with me. Immediate bad impression.

The guys that moved me were great - quick and courteous. My only issue is with their business practices and I wish I had read these reviews before calling them. When I booked the appointment I was quoted $149 an hour. I was ok with that and paid the deposit. The day before I move I get a call to confirm time and they reiterate the price but add a 2 hour minimum, 1 hour drive time and a 12% fuel charge. I literally moved to the building next door. I needed a last minute move and this company was available. They arrived on time, and worked fast. My things arrived undamaged (with the possible exception of one two-piece item -- haven't found the second piece yet). That said, I was disappointed. I specifically asked when I called and when the team arrived if they would take my lawn equipment (rake, shovel, etc.) and was told they would. But when I saw they hadn't loaded them, I asked, and they said they preferred that I take them -- even though there was room in the t... read more

I have chosen to post the email that I'd written to the company after my move on Saturday. The email to the company included a half dozen pictures. Needless to say that I received no response. Hello Jimmy, I have moved every year since 2013 and this was the most expensive move with a larger number of movers and less possessions. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. I contacted All my Sons for a quote to move a single item 7 miles, after speaking with them they said they would get back to me with a quote. Kevin from the company called me and asked if I was ready to book I asked him if they had a quote for me, he then realized that no one had gotten back to me and apologized said he would get me a quote which he did for flat rate of $129, I repeated that to him "you will move the one item for flat rate of $129" he said yes so I booked the move for 4/22.... read more
