I waited to post this but did not receive a call from a manager. I had a 3 man crew in which I a 46 old man with a heart condition. I out worked 2 of there workers. (Patrick and Blake) Blake was new so a little understanding. But Patrick stood around with his hands on his hips and could not lift anything or even wrap up the future. I also had 3 other guys that did most of the loading and unloading. And the manager told me the Forman said we didn't help load. Very unhappy on how they are not backing there customer service.

Had a horrible moving experience back in 2015 with All My Sons. We requested an afternoon start to our move, they were there at 9:00 A.M. They loaded everything quickly. The drivers then l went to lunch, and came back smelling like pot. The owner was extremely rude on the phone, when we informed him we could not unload untill 4:00 P.M. He demanded extra payment. We explained the reason we choose this company, was because they stated they would do an afternoon move. I would not recommend this company.

If I could give this company a minus score, I would. They took money from my 80 year old step mother in Kansas City and did not complete the job. Some belongings were found in the trash others are missing. She has belongings in 2 apartments. I FEEL SHE HAS BEEN EXPLOITED, TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, AND ROBBED!

Totally screwed me over miss quoted! I will be filing a better business bureau complaint. And letting everyone know how you suck! Horrible experience! Contact me for details but I was completely overcharge for a lack there of service!
