All My Sons Moving and Storage did our recent move from one home to another and everything went exactly as planned with absolutely no complaints. They showed up on time, they worked efficiently and quickly, they were very pleasant and professional. They loaded the moving truck and then held our items until the next day as we were advised this would save us money. We used All My Sons of Indianapolis for our move. After the initial estimate, every other step of the process was riddled with incompetence and dishonesty. I can only give a sketch of how terrible our experience was. We placed a $1000 deposit on 2/28/2023 and were scheduled to move on 4/1/2023 at 9:30am. We were told that they were ‘certified piano movers’ (lie #1). We were told we would get six movers and two trucks (lies #2 and 3). We hired All My Sons to move our law office. This was a huge mistake. They showed up not knowing what the contract provided- that they were to help us pack things- so they had no packing supplies. They were supposed to send 4 workers, they sent 3. They had horrible attitudes. They did not want to work. They complained about having to MOVE things- aren’t they MOVERS?! I used their moving services this weekend. We thought we had a great crew with Tyron leading his team of 4. After thanking them and tipping them well, we noticed all of our desks and nightstands had been ransacked. Items missing and money stolen. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend them.
I used All My Sons for my move. I booked my move and they did not show up for the day that was scheduled. They rescheduled for the next day, They were late in showing up, they moved slow, over charged me in un-necessary materials, IE, excessive Tape and shrink wrap, and they broke several pieces of furniture, and spent hours in the bathroom doing god know what. Dont use this company
AVOID!! They are not forth-coming when giving a quote, even after you ask. Very terrible business practices. They hike up prices the day before a scheduled move thinking you will have no other option.
Beware if your neighbors are using this company they will drive in your lawn tearing up your grass, pull in your new driveway leaving black marks so they can park in the neighbors driveway because I guess walking a few extra steps is just too hard.
Avoid at all cost. and do not tip till the end or they'll just stop working. Supervisor Chris needs to be fired. You don't treat the elderly wrong and just get away with it...
