The moving team was GREAT. They were courteous, kind and fast. However, the company itself wasn’t. They way underquoted us but that’s not the worst part. They called the day we were set to move and canceled on us and then didn’t give us much of a discount or anything to make up for it. It still ended up being more than the original quote even with the discounts they gave us. Team? Great. Company? Not so much.
Over $200 of hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront. The crew that moved me were courteous & careful. Plan for your costs to be double whatever you were quoted on the phone.
They could give the price quoted when booking with their company. Not call you 2 days prior to the move with all these charges you know nothing about.
Lots of bins/boxes crushed, no leadership in a 7 man team, two guys almost got into a fist fight, gave very specific instructions with unload and boxes and it wasn’t followed well, they played with my kids toys and got on my husbands exercise equipment without asking, smoked inside the truck with our stuff in it and in our garage, used profane language (also in front of my young kids), a few were on their phone a lot and a few really slacked. Nope. I do not recommend.
The estimate was so off. Did not move everything. 3000 in furniture damage. walls and door jams damaged and local managers ignored us and finally got reply back 3 months later that they will give me 222.00 or nothing. Would never recommend. They are not a professional moving company.
I would have put 0 stars if I could have. I had a move scheduled two months in advance from the Indianapolis location.They called me the morning of my move and told me they had to cancel because they were overbooked. This was 3 hours before we were supposed to move. What is particularly frustrating is that 48 hours before they called to cancel they sent me an email confirming my moving time and availability. I would definitely not recommend using this company. One of the movers stole my wedding ring. We filed a claim, but they have no interest in compensating us because “they don’t move jewelry.”🙄 Anytime I hear someone say that they are moving, I will be certain to tell them this story.
I moved 40 mins away and they charged me over $1000 for 3 hours to load. They didn't even use a company truck but a Ryder rental truck. Alot of furniture/appliances were broken or damaged. They were also scheduled at 8 and didn't arrive until 9:30 that morning.
Called the morning of our residential move stating they couldn't move us. I scheduled this move a month out and they never showed. Don't waste your time! Left us in a really bad spot.
