They are the WORST! EVERY piece of my furniture has been marred, cracked, and scrapped. They smashed my crystal lamp. They broke the footboard to my four poster bed, cracked side of drop leaf desk, broke side bar on book case.. Every thing was dirty as if it went through a sand storm. Chad the estimator said each lamp would be in it's own box. Every piece of furniture would be wrapped. I trusted him. I should not have. The packers didn't respect my household belongs. Unhappy...the two movers they sent us are way too unprofessional, like they will complain if the furniture will be situated on the second floor, Always Complained!!! We hired them because we cannot move this heavy furnitures by ourselves, will never used or recommend this company to anyone!
