Very disappointed with these guys. A 3 hour job is taking 5 hours. They got “lost” in the apartment complex for an hour. When they finally got here, one of them smelled of alcohol and swiped the carport with the truck. Then asked if we would help them unload the truck. Plenty of witnesses saw it. I would not recommend these guys. This was more stressful than it had to be.
They screwed up with the timing. Offered to write up the person that did the screwing up. Did not offer any other solutions. Then the owner decided to double down and accuse me of making up a time that they would deliver. Rude and unprofessional when backed into a corner.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I never complain or write reviews but I felt it’s absolutely necessary. They left all of our items on the driveway of our new home saying we ran out of “time” they didn’t say anything & dumped and left. We walked out of our home and were beyond confused as to what happened. We were never told they were nearing time and made us pay for service we did NOT receive. RecommendedJordan and Jonathan moved me. They were two of the most respectful, helpful and courteous movers I have ever encountered. They were a little late due to traffic but called me immediately to let me know they were delayed. They worked like crazy to keep on schedule. Great guys!! Now the office on the other hand was a little difficult to work with. The personal service recieved today. The move went smoothly with Antoine and the other movers. Very professional and helpful. All movers were very respectful .
Thank you to the team of movers who came to move my two storage units this weekend! You guys are professional,Top notch and so kind. Despite the personal drama I had going on these guys remained focused, helped me document damage caused by improper storage and finished the job as quickly as possible. Please, please , please DO NOT USE this company! They Mishandled a massage chair, dropped it and tore the leather in multiple places. I even had the recommended " three man " team. I filed a claim, did my due diligence to provide a repair statement and they denied it. I have moved many times over the last few years and this was my first experience with them. NEVER!!! NEVER!!! NEVER!!! How I WISH that I could leave a ZERO STAR rating. My elderly mother booked All My Sons to move her from an apartment to a condo. It is less than 3 rooms of furniture and the estimated time to move was less than 3 hours. BEWARE!!!! This company does not care and they will not pay for damages !!!! I am extremely unhappy with the Las Vegas movers and the Corporate claims department at this Texas based company. Not only were the movers from August 18th 2019 reckless with my $13,000 bedroom set but the crew manager used profanity in describing me when he didn't know I was standing right behind him.
