Unhappy...the two movers they sent us are way too unprofessional, like they will complain if the furniture will be situated on the second floor, Always Complained!!! We hired them because we cannot move this heavy furnitures by ourselves, will never used or recommend this company to anyone!
Terrible move. Would never recommend then. Hidden charges and fees that are not disclosed when you book the move. Also it took longer than it should have to move the small amount they moved.

They send us two movers and they are the slow movers i've ever seen and you can tell that they are taking their time! It took them five hours and fifty minutes to move our stuff considering my husband helped them and he is more tired than the movers! We asked them to take the heavy and big stuff and they said "we have to do the small ones first"! U When we had to pay they charged us 3% more because we had to use our card! Scheduling a move with this company and getting repeated quotes for the length and expense involved in the move is a con. Despite (as I stated earlier) repeated conversations regarding scheduling, pricing, etc., it was a waste if time. The movers show up (late), walk in and state it will be an 8 HOUR move, not the 3 + 1 hour travel time. After much negotiations and heated conversation, the total move was 5.5 hours including the 1 hour travel time.
