You hire a moving company so your move will be stress free but this company made It more stressful for us. We ended up having to sleep on the floor due to the movers coming late and couldn’t deliver our goods until the next day. They made it seem like it would get done fast because they were sending 5 people instead of 3. Tried to say they told me about a 2 hr minimum fee for labor only when they didn’t! Bryce lied about sending an email they never sent , and couldn’t provide the email sent with the date and time stamp. Had to dispute charge on my credit card! I was quoted $169 per hr and they were only here for one hour! They have charged my card for over $600! Total scammers! BEWARE!
Do not be like me. Many reviewers on yelp had the exact same experience I had with this company. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They are the classic bait and switch company. I was looking to hire a moving company to move my items from a storage unit to a new home. I got a couple rough estimates on thumbtack. RecommendedThis was the first time I have used a moving company. From the very beginning of getting a quote from Chris Mason (which is a very nice person). He answered all my questions went through everything so their would be no surprises at the end. The company has kept in contact with me all the way up to my move.
