Crews were very polite but not trained to move furniture. Extremely slow. Took them much longer than the company that moved us the last time and there was a lot less to move this time. Went upstairs and one guy was texting away until he realized I was there. The others started working when they saw me but hadn’t been doing much until then. Stairwell got trashed. So I work for a local storage company and my customer showed up today waiting for his movers to arrive to help him move into his storage unit. When they arrived in my office, they both were high and asking to use our phone chargers. They then proceeded outside to speak with the customer and shortly returned to ask if they could use our store phone to call another guy to help with the move. Initially I thought it was going to be a good experience. Reasonable quote friendly management. Although I do take some ownership in maybe the misunderstanding or expectation of what needed to be done but was surprised at the huge jump from the estimate to the final price. It went from 800.00 -1800.00. Huge disappointment. In addition to this the management kept saying they will work with me on price. My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed
These are the sorriest movers. They slow and they charge you for them being slow never get them bad business

Despite the previous reviews and client testimonials, I decided to give this company a try because the customer service provided by Aaron seemed to be excellent at the time of my initial call. The booking of my move, the date scheduling and everything went fantastic... all the way up until the day of the actual move. That's when professionalism took a huge turn. I am a retired military veteran who is a recently divorced single parent whom this company not only repeatedly lied to but ruined my furniture & the walls in my new home. They have done nothing to rectify it in 2 months even though I have repeatedly contacted them. I moved on 19 May & was never told about the $253.50 for one hour of travel in addition to the $223.08 for gas to move less than a mile. I would encourage caution hiring All My Sons. The team leader and the rest of the team were very polite. The salesman was very nice and extremely helpful. However, their claims department is a nightmare. A table leg was broken during the move. We didn't get mad when it happened....things happen and then things need to be made right.
