On Saturday, August 29th, I was scheduled to have AllMySons move my belongings. When I made the reservation, I looked for movers online and found reviews of 4.4 / 5 stars for AllMySons. When I called AMS, “Mike” explained the hourly fees, travel fee and the fuel charge and assured me they would provide a professional moving experience; and they would be following all “covid-responsible” protocols (as their “covid-19 commitment” on their website implies). The worst possible moving experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are extremely over priced and are not upfront with expenses of the overall move. My new home has scuff marks and dents in the walls & doorways and they damaged the bannisters of my stairs. My furniture has marks and scuffs on it as well. Poor customer service from management. I really hope their headquarters shuts them down. This is NOT how you should treat people who serve your country!
first they quoted me for $100 as a deposit then said $250. so then after the crew had loaded 3/4 of my stuff into the truck they decided that they couldn't move anything else because one of them saw a bug. then I called to get my refund for the deposit like they told me I could do and then I cannot get my deposit back. I was lied to and this company will never have my trust. I would definitely never recommend anybody use this company. 0 out of 5 stars.
