We decided to hire “professional” movers for our move this time. It is still a NIGHTMARE. All My Sons Moving is unprofessional, rude, and damaging to the property and furniture. The price gouging is unbelievable while your stuff is on their truck! The total was 2.5 times our quote and they wouldn’t unload until we paid them. When we call, Jeremy is especially rude, refusing to adjust our bill and telling us it’s our fault we can’t do math. I was quoted 2800 estimate for all my furniture (I gave a full inventory to 2 different associates). When we arrived at the new house the price had doubled and they held my furniture hostage. When I asked to speak to a manager about all the extra charges he gave me the run around, basically refusing to answer. Then, 15 min into the call he informed me that he was charging me the hourly rate while we talked! I was also told that they would protect my floors and doorways. Avoid. Employee came to our house to give us an estimate. Quoted $1274. Scheduled the move for April 29, 2019. Four movers did the job. When it was time to deliver (1.3 miles from the origin) suddenly they claimed the price was $2200. Held our stuff hostage until we paid. Claimed we had more items but a) we did not and b) there was no inventory completed by their staff to count the items. Total con men. I thought this company would be great. However, this was not the case. The gentlemen who moved me were nice. The price was crazy. I moved less than 10 minutes away. The only thing that had to be moved was the living room, the bedroom and the dining table all for almost $380. I paid for the hour travel time of $99. This was crazy and not explained. I moved before from an apartment that only had stairs to a house and paid less than $300. I will never use them again.

My initial experience was a very positive one but during the move my wallet went missing. I shared my concerns with the movers that day and later that week with the company and no one ever responded nor acknowledged what happened

initially I had a GREAT experience with management...then on the day of the move it came time to pay the remaing balance. with checkbook in hand i was waiting for a reciept to explain the bill...the manager Aaron literally yelled at me when i asked for a receipt explaining what the services were...wanted me to pay blindly. Shady company that does NOT stand by its word. did not provide mattress bags, enough tape, moving blankets, etc. didnt even bring a dolly for the move! You guys are giving me the runaround about my complaint. Complaints. I’m going to report it to the better business bureau, consumer affairs, news stations, and social media. And report a sexual assault to the police. No one is trying to correct the problem. 1. They arrived late 2:55pm. 2. Once it turned 5pm they were ready to go home.
