We were charged twice of what we quoted over the phone. Spoke to Joe about this miscommunication and he said that he's not responsible for what they're employees in TX says to me over the phone. How my $800/900 move turned into $1600 is BEYOND me. Joe couldn't give a rats ass about the poor training and miscommunication. We were not given our military discount either. I hope all calls are recorded, because I will be seeking action.bthiw company refused to take accountability for their poor actions. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Horrible experience I was quoted $565 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, less than 30 minutes away move. Ended up paying $1500+ (After they hold your items and say pay this or we keep your things) All of my items were all packed up into totes they had to do no packing. They taped things that didn’t need to that when taken off ripped finish off my items. I have moved quite a few times with being in the military I’ve Never had such a horrible experience.

Never used them and never will. My boyfriend works for the company and they rip off all their customers and employees. The employees have to be there at 6:30 am but don’t start getting paid till they get to where ever they are going which isn’t till 11am-12pm so that’s 4 -5 hours they are at work without getting paid and they don’t get home till around 12am-1am! Then if you try and take a sick day they threaten to fire you! This company is a joke and I recommend using anyone but them !

Service was extremely slow, and the pricing and fees that were quoted are not whats charged once your furniture is on there vehicle. Beware if you use this service add an additional two hours. They will damage your furniture. Owner Melissa was not helpful once we explained that her moving company was purposely moving slow during the loading process.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. We were told Friday before our move that movers would be there at 07:30. They didn’t show until after 9. Movers themselves were nice and polite. Most of our issues were with the office. I think it’s very hard for a team of movers when expectations of the movers are not managed appropriately. This job was not handled well. From quote and promises during sales pitch to what we actually got (So many things were just simply left) to leaving bolts to my dining table that I just simply said go get them. They sent 4 men home and 3 to go get the bolts for a job I had already paid for them to do! AND packing was horrible, thrown items together, not marked boxes. Horrible experience, they threatened to keep your things if you don’t pay they fee which is hundreds of dollars more than your quote DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Hidden fees. Charged $400 for gas for a 7 Mile move. Did shitty work, taking longer than needed to order to charge more. Refused to move date to a day when it wasn’t storming and then charged additional for wrapping and protecting the furniture from rain. Held furniture hostage on vehicle until full 2600.00 for a 4.5 hour move was paid in full. Shitty deceptive practice. Will complain to BBB. The move was supposed to and quoted at 600-800. Do not USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THEIFS AND WILL HOLD YOUR FURNITURE HOSTAGE.
