Do NOT use this company! I was quoted under $600 they took forever damaged almost all my furniture and told me I had 90 days to file a claim. Wrong! It was over $1,100 and when I called to file a claim they said I was past the 7 day period to file a claim for damages. I've never felt so scammed. I can't afford to buy all new lamps, baby furniture, sofa, media center and dining room table. They were all new! � now it looks terrible.
NEVER USE THEM. THEY DESTROYED MY WALLS AND OVER CHARGED ME. ON TOP OF THAT FOR THE 1ST HOUR ONE OF THE WORKER HARDLY HELP I HAVE EVERYTHING ON CAMERA. SOME WORKERS ADMITTED THEY HAD ONLY 1 HOUR OF TRAINING. THE MOVERS WERE ACTUALLY EXTREMELY POLITE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. MY BIGGEST WAS WITH MANAGEMENT HIS NAME WAS AARON. THEN SUGGEST I GIVE THE GUYS A TIP EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. EVEN THOUGH MY WALLS WERE DAMAGED. THEY WILL DO THE SAME THING TO YOU. Despite the previous reviews and client testimonials, I decided to give this company a try because the customer service provided by Aaron seemed to be excellent at the time of my initial call. The booking of my move, the date scheduling and everything went fantastic... all the way up until the day of the actual move. That's when professionalism took a huge turn. My move date was on the books for Saturday, August 12. My family had to be packed and moved no later than Sunday as we had a flight to catch Sunday at 6pm. We we... read more

I am a retired military veteran who is a recently divorced single parent whom this company not only repeatedly lied to but ruined my furniture & the walls in my new home. They have done nothing to rectify it in 2 months even though I have repeatedly contacted them. I moved on 19 May & was never told about the $253.50 for one hour of travel in addition to the $223.08 for gas to move less than a mile. It took 5 guys 9 hours to move a less than 900 sqft 2 bedroom apartment. I was charged $169/hour & yet was charged $1606.5... read more

I would encourage caution hiring All My Sons. The team leader and the rest of the team were very polite. The salesman was very nice and extremely helpful. However, their claims department is a nightmare. A table leg was broken during the move. We didn't get mad when it happened....things happen and then things need to be made right. Since the move, I've been promised several times that people would get back to me. They haven't. The team leader submitted photos of the damage. I've now been told the photos never arriv... read more

The man who booked my move was kind and so were the movers - until there were issues. Several items damaged, move took hours longer than it should have and after they promised to neatly hang clothing in a garment box, turns out they threw all of the clothes to the bottom - not bothering to hang them up. When asked, the movers LIED and said the "new guy" didn't know how to use a garment box. Then around midnight as the crew was leaving - they ASKED FOR A TIP. Rude and unacceptable.
