Crews were very polite but not trained to move furniture. Extremely slow. Took them much longer than the company that moved us the last time and there was a lot less to move this time. Went upstairs and one guy was texting away until he realized I was there. The others started working when they saw me but hadn’t been doing much until then. Stairwell got trashed. So I work for a local storage company and my customer showed up today waiting for his movers to arrive to help him move into his storage unit. When they arrived in my office, they both were high and asking to use our phone chargers. They then proceeded outside to speak with the customer and shortly returned to ask if they could use our store phone to call another guy to help with the move. Initially I thought it was going to be a good experience. Reasonable quote friendly management. Although I do take some ownership in maybe the misunderstanding or expectation of what needed to be done but was surprised at the huge jump from the estimate to the final price. It went from 800.00 -1800.00. Huge disappointment. In addition to this the management kept saying they will work with me on price. Terrible service! Expensive and resulted in damages done to both new home and old home. Hard to get anyone to follow up. Says they will contact you and never do but always has an excuse when you reach someone. I am still looking for screws and missing pieces of furniture from a move. Terrible customer service!

All my sons moving should be at all costs, avoided. My parents used them to move from a 2 bedroom to a three bedroom apt. in late Sept, 2017 for which they were given an estimate of about $750. The move ended up costing them over $2,000. They were not given a copy of the estimate which concerned my mother at the beginning. As they arrived at the new apt they were told that they had to pay for the move prior to the removal of anything furniture at which they were apprised of the revised amount. My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed

My experience with this company was riddled with problems from day one. Full disclosure regarding pricing was not made and I was left to pay a massive bill for a very small job (less than an hour worth of time and moving only 7 miles). I was unable to dispute the bill as payment had to be made prior to the movers agreeing to unload.No itemized bill was provided. These are the sorriest movers. They slow and they charge you for them being slow never get them bad business
