The man who booked my move was kind and so were the movers - until there were issues. Several items damaged, move took hours longer than it should have and after they promised to neatly hang clothing in a garment box, turns out they threw all of the clothes to the bottom - not bothering to hang them up. When asked, the movers LIED and said the "new guy" didn't know how to use a garment box. Then around midnight as the crew was leaving - they ASKED FOR A TIP. Rude and unacceptable. NEVER USE THEM. THEY DESTROYED MY FURNITURE AND OVER CHARGED ME. THEY WILL DO THE SAME THING TO YOU.
You shouldn't treat your customers the way you treat them. You're in business because of them. You also shouldn't keep people money that you didn't render service for. You need a reality check asap...
Shameful!!! Unprofessional. At the very least an apology is owed Tia Rachelle for not honoring your word and treating her so horribly.
