This was the worst experience of my life. The movers themselves were great and really nice. It is the company and their sleazy sales people Jerimy and Melissa. I was quoted $159/hour for a 3 man job. Plus fuel cost. They don’t explain any of the other fees to you because when someone says the following: -“don’t worry about packing dressers because the guys can pack it all up together” —this implies that this service is included with what you’re already quoted. Don’t recommend unless you’re ok with double the price quoted, them rescheduling the day of the move, them showing up late the following day, and still not moving some of your furniture so you end up having to do it with your 69 year old dad 😉 they’ll give you $25 off if you give a 5 star review though!

This company is taking advantage of people during a pandemic. I was quoted $179 per hour with 2 movers to move from one apartment complex to another complex (they sent 3) that was ONE mile away. (No lie) I was told a totally different price after my items were loaded on the truck and told if I don’t pay I won’t get my things. They then stated if I give a yelp review of 5 stars I’d receive $25 off (this was before they told the full price). This company is the WORST business I have worked with in a long time! I was referrred to them by Home Advisor. I should have checked Yelp and Facebook first. They have terrible reviews! We set up a time for them to pack and pick up and they were 4 hours late. When they arrived they decided not to nothing. They said they would come back the next day. But they did not come back! I called nearly 2 weeks in advance to cancel my move with them. I explained why several times and Melissa kept saying she didn’t understand why, after receiving the breakdown of everything, I still wanted to cancel. I feel like explaining myself 3-4 times is more than enough, and at that point requested the move be canceled and our $1000 deposit be refunded. She then accused me of not wanting to help her understand so she can better serve her clients. What?!?! I felt completely harassed during this phone call with her and sh... read more

This company is a joke! So extremely unprofessional! They moved slower than molasses in the wintertime. We had to call in friends and family to help move things into their truck so we would be done this century! One guy was constantly face timing his girlfriend while the other two would stand around doing nothing. It took them an hour and a half to drive the furniture 1 MILE! Ignore any positive reviews, avoid at all costs unless you want to pay more than they quote for work a day late after multiple lies from the office workers. I made an appointment for the afternoon of June 1 with a quote of $260-$300. At 9 AM they called to say they were on the way. Bryce at the office said they had no record I requested afternoon but I insisted 11:30 at the earliest would work. They said fine, they would come by between 11:30 and 1:30. Where do I start? How about, I still don't understand how a move that should have taken no more than 3 hours lasted 5 1/2 hours and cost me $988. I still ended up helping them move stuff having my new apartment scratched up I have to file a claim for things that were broken and they gave me a team with one person who has experience and another who is completely inexperience?
