They moved my mother today clear across the valley from casa grande to Glendale. So professional, courteous and very hard workers. I will recommend them to anybody moving. On top of it all they were patient with us which went a long way.

You guys broke my grandmas $900 TV and only offered $150 to replace it. Insulting offer, she’s been without a tv for 4 weeks now.
I will have to revisit this after we are done. I am already stressed and pissed off. they we supposed to be her by 8:30 at the latest. Now its 9 to 9:15. we have to be out if here by 11. When I talked to staff the day prior I emphasized the need to be out by 11. They said the guys would be here first thing due to the distance we were going. I am not usually one to be this worked up over disappointing service but a move is stressful enough, adding the stress of a awful experience with the moving company you chose really takes the stress to another I feel it is important everyone knows the disappointing service received by All My Sons, specifically by Abdirahman Yonis, when making their decision of a company to use. 1 queen bed, 2 night stands, 1 full sized couch, 1 two seater, coffee table, 13 boxes. Start time 7:45 end time 1:00. 149 per hour plus automatically add one hour for the drivers to get to you and back to the store. The guys were literally stalling by staying in the elevator to waste time. Didn’t bring tools to take the bed apart or the tv off the mount so I spent an hour and half looking to see who I could meet up to borrow tools from.
