They charge hidden fees and time & make you pay in full well before they finish. They demand payment while they hold your furniture hostage. Be prepared to call police for theft, like we did and they will still take off with your furniture.
Was quoted $119 yesterday to move a few items tomorrow. Because of the low price, I made sure to verify both time and price in my initial phone call. Now, less that 24 hours from the move, they quote me over $400 and change my allotted time. their confirmation sheet has no verifiable information on it and the company refused to review the customer service call transcript. I would never use them again. They come to our door and smelled of weed and one of them asked to use our bathroom so we let him and after he left we found an Oxycodone on the floor. Called and the manager who’s name I couldn’t get stated they don’t drug test. Maybe you should
they are not up front about pricing when you call. when the movers showed up (3 hours late) they presented us with an invoice that included surcharges and fuel charges.
RecommendedJustin David and Marvin were all so wonderful! Not only were they personable and funny they were extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend and use them for my next move!
Nate and his crew were so amazing! They came in with positive attitudes, and a get it done work ethic! I was not 100% prepared and they just worked with me and around me. They were prepared and so fun to work with! They made the whole moving experience painless and simple! I highly recommend Nate and team!
Justin, Franklin, Raul and Gavin were fantastic. Very helpful with my move. They were expedient yet very careful with our items. Very friendly group and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.
