Over charged compared to quoted price. Hidden travel fees. Lack of communication regarding other fees. Minor damages to two dressers. Not the best experience. But Maxwell (mover) was very friendly

If I could give a 0 I would! They discriminated against me for being disabled and not being able to have my house completely uncluttered when they got here. I had moved everything I could to the front of my home for them to move. Was told so many lies on the phone when I booked; such as they would help pack, we could pack as they loaded, and that we could leave things on shelves if they were light and wrap them to move. We used All My Sons for a small move from Buckeye to Peoria. The guys were great, personable and seemed to know what they were doing. Be sure to read your contract very carefully —When we got to our new home we noticed that there was a chip out of the corner of our glass table top. We were told to contact the home office and it would be taken care of. Taken care of consisted of .60¢ per pound which came to about $60 dollars, which didn't even come close to the value or to replacing the table top, which was 1 of a set of 4! I... read more
DO NOT HIRE!! This company will rip you in so many ways. They do not handle with care as I have several broken items. They overcharge you on everything and you won’t know until you pay after they’ve unloaded everything. And then! When you’re speaking to the lady about the charges she straight up lied about she’ll tell the movers to start packing everything back into the truck. Furious was an understatement. Do NOT use Allmysonsmoving-and-storage!!!!! I had a terrible, terrible experience! 1) they charged an hourly rate, and acted like it. They moved very slowly and took 120 minutes to drive 30 minutes across town. And charged me for it !! They obviously stopped. Maybe for lunch. 2). They dinged my furniture, scratched a wood frame and the biggest item was a large gash they put in my wall. The driver told me he would let the home office know about the wall gash and file a claim. Absolutely not. Run. 2 moves with this company not worth it. First time hired for a 4 person pack and move because I was 8 months pregnant and on bed rest; since I had gone into labor at 22 weeks. I was very clear upon hiring what the needs were I couldn’t do anything. I was sent 2 people (being charged for 4) and ended up having to pack and move so we didn’t move to the second day because we had to be out of the apartment and truck time and guy time. I was scheduled for a move on July 30. They told me all day that the movers would be there. They called me at 5 and said the movers would not be there. They pushed my move to the next day.
We hired this company to move our 4 bedroom home from Gilbert to Gilbert 5 miles total and we were charged $1500!!!! When we were quoted less than $600. It was a nightmare from start to finish. They overcharge, stood around on “break” on my dollar and then broke my couch! I called the office and they didn’t care. The manager clearly had been thru this many times before cause he was defensive from the start of my call. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT use them.
