RecommendedDealing with this company was a nightmare! They were 3 hours late, they charged us $500 over the quoted price since they had to pull a team from Phoenix -as the Mesa location ( that we booked 2 months in advance) because the movers all called out sick the day of our move- and we were informed of this 20 minutes before our appointment time. DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY! I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I booked an in-town move for phoenix and was quoted 149/hr for 2 movers and a truck and gave the apartment information that both had a 3 as the first number of the apt # signaling that it was on the third floor and I confirmed this with their call center person upon my initial booking. I just had a move over the weekend. The guys they sent were great . James and his partner did a great job. My quote for service was about $500, the final bill was over $1200! We were quoted at 4 hours, it took 5 @ a rate of $149 per hour. Fuel charge up charge of 16% . My total distance moved was 4.9 miles. It seems like they get you in at a reasonable price, but once the move is complete, they blindside you. Not the best way to do business. Be up front with your customers. I have been trying to get these issues rectified since May3rd. The movers came in May 2nd. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am trying to dispute with my bank because this is fucking ridiculous. Your lack of customer service at this business is absolutely disgusting. 1. When the movers came to transport my vanity they took it upon themselves to take apart my vanity with the drill and the broke the top part in doing so. DO NOT HIRE. THEFT!! Isaiah, Alex. Before the move the manager called and asked many questions, one was if we’d need anything wrapped up or to just move items as is, I said as is. Everything in my home was perfectly setup for the crew to have a very easy move. Come to find out the movers started wrapping up some of my items then charged us $87 for materials. Do not ever use All My Sons movers!!! We are packed and ready to go today and they cancel last second because they don’t want to damage their truck (low lying branches in our complex) I don’t have a problem with the refusing to service any location. I have a problem with them take our money and then tell us last second they won’t do it. The planning is horrible and the service is worse. They left us in a very bad position with the complex. This place I would never ever recommend! For the price, it was absolutely outrageous and still no one will get back to me!! I did the 2 hour minimum and the 1 hour of drive time they require, so add that up at $159.00 a hour... it took them one hour to load my small 950 square foot apartment up and then one hour drive time to my new place (which was not a hour away but only 18 minutes) then it took less then a hour to unload my stuff from the truck because I had others helping (which the movers said was fine it would cut dow... read more
