Called last Wednesday and set up a time for today for someone to come out and give an estimate on a move from Az to Ohio just for today to roll around and NOBODY to show. I called and got someone named Mike who hung up on me telling him someone was suppose to be out today. I called back and got a female who stated they can’t move me but can have ppl load a truck. I WILL NEVER USE ALM AGAIN! have used all my sons before which is why I decided to hire them again. My experience this past weekend was TRAGIC. I had a 3 man crew and 2 out of the 3 would make tongue and cheek remarks about how many things i had or how things were heavy. One of the workers used my BRAND NEW bathroom to go #2 for 20 minutes. I had no soap OR toilet paper , so i have NO idea how he made that work. Along with this incident , i had one of the workers slamming the truck door, yelling out profanities in the middle... read more

Three guys showed up, one of all three were probably stoned as they reeked of weed. arthur the older guy i believe was his name was telling one of the boys he was threatening to take him home for whatever reason. They over charged a shot ton of money, milked the clock to get more money out of moving things that were ready for them. This company is a rip off!! I was quoted $129 an hour for a 2 man crew, I do not have a bunch of stuff, so I figured that was a decent price and it should not take very long considering when I moved my stuff the last time with my family it only took us about 2 and half hours. Well when they showed up there were 3 guys so they said it would take even less time, that would have been great except it took them almost 5 hours. If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers. They were late… I call corporate and speak to a very rude dispatcher Dolores or something like that… she just tells us the rescheduled our move out date because the crew didn’t finish the load the n... read more
This company is AWFUL! They have stolen THOUSANDS of dollars worth of items from my sisters house. My sister confronted them about this and they only suggested a police report, which she did. I am just so horrified that this company can hire people that just have zero moral compass and went through all her drawers that she taped up with blue tape and was removed and re taped with movers taped which ruined her furniture and stole things from her drawers while sitting in the moving truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Did not label any of my boxes, left my items where they did not go. Forgot some of my items, I would not recommend go get ripped off elsewhere. I would prefer saving my money and headache and doing this alone.
Slowest 3 man crew came to move us. Not only were they slow but every time they were out of site, we caught them messing on their phones. Also the language used was not what you’d call professional around children. We told the company to not go over the $1000 dollar mark, they proceeded to run our bill up to $2300. Purposely going snail speed. To make things worse, damaging some of the furniture. If these individuals are what you use to represent your company, then it doesn’t say much about you as a company.
