I’m absolutely livid with this company! I should have read all the other horrible reviews on this company before hiring them. I called in advance to get a quote to be sure I stayed in my budget during my move. I was told I would have a $80 fuel charge $100 deposit which went toward the move, and then an hourly rate. When I calculated how long I figure it would take with what I had, I’d be under my budget. BE HONEST!!!!! I contacted this company to move an item from one house to another 26mile away.. i was quoted 1 1/2 hrs @ $168 per hour bringing the total to $242 or so i thought.... and i had to put down $100 deposit... Imagine my SHOCK when Jesse handed me a bill for $534.34 .... remember that didn't include the $100 deposit... If somebody would have been HONEST AND UPFRONT ABOUT THE TOTAL CHARGES, I would have never hired them... and you shouldn't either... DO NOT USE!!!! I had these “professionals” move my 3 bedroom house. After spending $1300 to get it done, almost all of my furniture is ruined, my 50in tv shattered, and the list goes on.. when I talked to the claims department I was told since we didn’t use their truck, they have no liability and I’m on my own. I told them my food was packed upside down ruining it all and was told “We tell people not to pack anything fluid for that reason”. I was given an estimate of $700-$800 but cost $1250 (before tip) and I just found out they BROKE my 60 inch television (in additional to many smaller items).

I got quote from another moving company that I expected, that was around the same price thinking that all moving company were the same. I set up the move three weeks early. The company didn’t contact me early. When I contacted them they said they would be there between noon and 3. I contacted them at 3:30 they still two hours away. I called and canceled the move. ( I called my three sons moving, James and his team contacted two times before they got there.) two hours later we were done with the move!!! With no damage to wall... read more

We used this company on a cross country move and there was such EXCESSIVE DAMAGE done to our families belongings from sheer lack of professionalism in knowing how to pack a truck and how to properly protect furniture! Things were just haphazardly thrown on the truck. They put metal patio furniture next to my fathers hand carved oak bookcase without any protection in between!
