This moving company is absolutely horrible. They showed up 45 mins late, broke my tv and were way more expensive than any other movers I’ve used. I left my apartment 20 mins after the moving truck left and they still arrived 20 mins after me (55 mins to go 8 miles during non rush hour is ridiculous), not to mention it took them over 6 hours for a studio apartment. Johnpaul, Lakamyan, and David did an awesome job! Thank you guys for all the hard work you did. I have to update my review now that we’re starting to put things away. The movers were quite careless with our things and damaged quite a bit. Even covering a gash they made in our dresser with a box so it wouldn’t be noticed right away. I’m very disappointed in the gentleman who helped me move. I am working with the company to resolve the issue and so far they’re very responsive. Moved today from apartment in Chandler to a new house in North Mesa. Crew was on time, loaded out truck in less than a hour, unload went great, no damage to anything. Could not have gone better.
Jeff who came to the house to do the estimate was wonderful but the estimate did not indicate the number of moving hours that were included. Holly in the office who answers the phone is also wonderful. The lead mover (Shavanta)that came to our house both times was amazing. The reason for the 1 rating was do to the fact that Celeste that handles the storage and resolves issues is rude. When you question your bill she says over and over again "we do not work for free"... The other issue is that I left a message for the owne... read more

Vince and crew, was awesome!! They were fast, and very considerate about where all the furniture needed to go. Only down side was that we were quoted at $260 and it ended up being over $500. Edit: After closer inspection of our things, my rating has changed. One of our desks was chipped on all of the corners. The other desk the keyboard holder was pushed all the way back, out of position. It took us about 20 minutes to put it back into place, but now it gets stuck every time we pull it out. Moving team was great! Moved at a great pace. The only issue I have is I was quoted a price and I specifically asked we the ANY OTHER FEES I don't want to e charged "hidden fees" o be prepared ...i was told a flat rate of 200 go two and 100$ for every hour over but there was fuel and travel expenses on the bill came out to almost 600$ well fuel and travel expenses would be fees....
100% disappointed with the professionalism of the moving crew, Management/Owners and insurance company. First thing, the crew that showed up had no idea the job was as big as it was (2 bedroom condo). It was the crews second move of the day, I felt bad so I went to the store and got them a couple gallons of water, Gatorade and a few snacks for them to eat in hopes of a smooth fast efficient move. They were very rough with our things once inspected when unpacked. The truck they brought wasn’t big enough for all of our things ... read more
