Robert, who reported he “runs” the company did nothing about the fact their employee who committed the criminal offense against use was charged by responding law enforcement. So our experience with All My Sons started out very positive but came to a screeching halt the day of the move. I found All My Sons on Yelp and they had a decent rating but what I liked about them is that their page says that their company is Family Owned and Operated. I prefer to support small businesses to help boost my local economy. I called to get an estimate and the gentleman, Austin, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Mike and Morin need to work on their people skills first off. Secondly they need to learn to handle items with care. They were very rude and basically tossed the items didnt care if it was breakable or not. When asked to please be careful we were told by Morin that he's been doing this job since the 94. Also made the comment to by mother "calm down, killer". Mike seemed like he was high and wasn't really here. Morin just plain rude and disrespectful. It is 5:18...I’ve been waiting at the house since 12:00 pm for the movers. I was told this morning the first move was small and most likely they would be here by 1 pm. 1pm came and went with no contact. So I called and was told the movers were completing the invoice, grabbing lunch and would be here by 2:15pm. No one came. I called again...the previous customers had more to be moved so the movers had another round. The person on the phone was unable to reach the movers about ETA and had to call the customers. the movers were great, the company not so much. unless you want a surprise bill thats a couple hundred more than the estimate, I would go somewhere else.
Stop calling me!! You call AND text multiple time a day. Yes, I need a mover....NO I will NOT hire you DUE to the non stop calls / harassment. Seriously leave my husband and I alone!
RecommendedBeware! They damaged my washer and dryer and furniture and aren't calling me back!
Nate and Anthony’s crews did a terrible job! All My Sons Moving and storage caused more damage to my property than the move cost. Now the company will not return calls or make an insurance claim for the damages they caused! Buyer beware, do NOT use this company!
