2nd time in 3 days the estimator has "no called no showed" for an appointment....I took time off of work on Thursday September 20th to be available...NO SHOW. When I called the office they told me it was admin error they forgot to tell the estimator that he had an appointment..I figure, fine things happen so they reschedule me for today at 3pm....it is now 4pm and STILL A NO SHOW. AND NOW I CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AT THEIR OFFICE OR THE ESTIMATOR. Oh and I should add I took time off work AGAIN today to be available. I am a... read more

When setting up this move . I told them I had 9 items nothing that would break and hoping to get this done with in 3 hours. Told will send you the best movers.. mind you 9 items only big item was a bed .. almost 2 hours to load then one hour and thirty mins to drive to Phoenix Downtown 30 mins driving around the block.. called today and was told did they break anything .. I said there nothing to break .. you wrap a book case why.. he then went on saying my drivers did a great job .. no they milk the clock you charge me for u... read more

They charged way more then needed to move in the same complex.

Don’t use these guys!!!! Stay away.. Total ripoff

I’ve heard horror stories about these people. Read reviews before booking them, if they’re still in business.

worst move of our life. our belongings were trashed. boxes ripped open furniture broken, scratched, dirty handprints on fabric, some items didn't even show up. hardware missing so furniture couldn't be assembled. phone calls not returned.

Great moving process, JP and Gino were quick and efficient, and took good care wrapping up all my furniture in the move. This move was great until they charged me an additional $140 making my 1 bedroom move to less than a mile away $500! I called to address the charges and was told that Ron would be giving me a call, and I still haven’t heard a word. On top of that they emailed me a receipt that has a scribble that doesn’t match any of my signatures authorizing the payment. I will never use this company again, and I sug... read more
