Jesse and Morin arrived right on time and loaded everything up smoothly. We were very impressed with how carefully they handled all of our belongings while still working quickly. However, when they unloaded, they dropped my antique bookcase (from my great grandfather's study) and did not apologize, try to fix it, or offer to give a partial refund. My job was split over 3 days. We packed up on day 1. The first crew started off good, but overall was SUPER slow. By the end of they day were running at a snails pace. They also stained the carpet which I worked for an hour trying to get out. I would give them a one star rating. The second day was supposed to be an afternoon offload delivery due to the timing of closing on our new home. The company was aware of this timing. Horrible Don’t Use! They are liars! First they showed 2 hours late!! We used them for an office move, same location from the front of our property to the back. 3 desks, 2 couches, 25 boxes, 2 bookshelves, 9 filing cabinets, kitchen table, tv and tv stand, small table, coffee table and sofa table. That’s it, it took 6 hours! 6 hours! The people on the phone reserving it for you will tell you oh no only 3-4hours max! And oh no we won’t go over your budget, well they did by $300. The crew was good, but the price of the move was $400 over the quote on the phone. I was not expecting all the extra charges. Also, they dented my filing cabinet.

Ron & Erica did a great job after the rest of the company made us wait over 24 hours to get out moving done, changing the time on us over and over again. But BLESS Ron & Erica they get 5 stars as individuals.
