Joseph , Gino and DJ what a crew not even a scratch on my furniture or my doors or walls. I don't know how they do it but there is university for being smart I want to sign up. Thanks guys till the next time we move.
***I don't recall anyone's name besides the driver. His name was Brian. I am writing you all to let you know the horrible service my husband and I received yesterday from the Phoenix branch. My husband scheduled an appointment for us to be moved on Aug. 30, 2016 at 3:30 pm. No one showed up to move us until about 7:30 pm. From 3:30 pm until 7:30 pm no one from All My Sons contacted us to let us know anything. During this time we are waiting my husband and I started moving ourselves. I am a bone cancer survivor. $800 and it took 5 hours to move 5 pieces of furniture 3 blocks away.... I call that a ripoff. I don't know if all these positive reviews are real customers or just employees making the page look good but I would never recommend this company to anyone.
We moved from Flagstaff to Phoenix over a month ago and had items lost and damaged in the move. Whenever I call the office to ask about updates I am always given the runaround and my calls are NEVER returned.
