I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company....they are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I made my reservation for 8am...so I thought....2 days before my move, the company called to confirm my 9-10am appointment �. When I negated that time, I was ensured that the movers would be at my place no later than 9am. On the day of my move, at 9:04am, I gave the company a call because no one had arrived or called me. This has been the absolute worst experience moving I've ever experienced and I have moved over 19 times. My movers were late by 2.5 hours. When they did show up, they opened the truck and it was FULL with other people's items. Then James had to drive another truck out for us, while I wait another hour, and when he arrived he made snide remarks about how they could have fit my items into the truck (although there was absolutely no way a 2 bdrm apt and a storage unit would find in a completely filled truck not to mentioned... read more
