It has now been 3 weeks since I’ve moved into my home & no response. I have contacted an attorney. There is more damage to my personal property & home then the amount I have paid you. Yet no one has followed up on any promises made to assist with the matter. I have all of our communications documented, and do not understand complete lack of follow up. Disappeared for an extra hour of the 15 minute drive from Brier Creek to Durham. One of the three employees did ABSOLUTELY nothing while there (honestly, I'm more mad for the other two employees than for myself in regards to that). Have called multiple times to voice my complaints about it but get passed around a phone tree and then hung-up on. DONT USE THEM!! HORRIBLE!! My 70 year old mother and I paid deposit for a move scheduled for June 15th end of April. The week of the move I called to confirm and was informed that they would be arriving in the afternoon and will call when on the way. I got a call from Russell at 1pm saying he didn’t forget about me guys were still at job. At 433pm he calls to say that they were not going to make it if I had another day in mind. I called All My Sons Moving in Raleigh on June 11 or 12 to get an estimate on moving our household items from Fayetteville to Greenville, NC. We set an appointment for 10:00 am June 17. I received a text from "Jim" within a day or so stating that I could click on a link or call him to "meet him". I didn't care about meeting him until he arrived to do the estimate. How about actually showing up? Or maybe returning a phone call when the people who used a vacation day to move are wondering where your truck is?
All My Sons Moving Compay is the worst ever. My daughter was moving into her first house and her move was just not important to them. Waited until close to the time they promised they would be here for her move and never called us or showed up. I do not recommend using All My Sons Moving Company Raleigh.

We had a horrible experience with All My Sons. I have been waiting for the owner’s response to our concerns and having just received them I am compelled to share our terrible experience, in case it spares someone else something like this. The response was shockingly inadequate given the degree of inconvenience, and poor service, and concern for a theft of valuable belongings. At first we were pleased.
