The guys were hard-working, but inexperienced movers. I think the lead driver had some training and the other guys were Craig's List pickups. They also sent a Penske rental truck with an electric lift instead of an All My Sons truck with a ramp, which about doubled the length of the move. I'll do my home work next time.
Do not use them unless you want to waste your money. They scam you BIG TIME when you call to setup. Make sure you know they charge you $109 before they even get to your house. No one told me this at all. They sent us two men one old which was very slow and had the younger guy doing everything. No way should a 1bdr take 2 1/2 hrs to move and we only went up the street 10mins. The older one talked about his customers and complained the whole time to our neighbors about us wasting time and waited for the younger one to do every... read more

Was completely dissatisfied with them. Took 5 hrs to move 12 pcs of furniture. Broke a curio cabinet. Lazy is an understatement for the group they sent. 1K to move 11 pcs 10 miles. Do not use them. Feel free to message me for exact details. They were also supposed to call me back 2 Days ago. No word.

Real cool Guys .. but I lost two boxes with electronics and my moms shoes... and they claim not to know anything ... sucks because they were the only ones moving our stuff .. called to see if I can rectify the matter and was told they didn't know ... to me it's kinda shady ... watch and mark your belongings and number your boxes to make sure they arrive ... I feel bad I didn't and lost some important family heirlooms .. thanks all my sons ... and maybe some thieves ... God bless

Lesson learned: Do your research As my wife admits, "She wished she would have looked at the reviews prior to hiring these worthless [people] ... After reading the reviews, I am not sure why this company is even in business." When in doubt, don't hesitate to contact the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration hotline at 888-368-7238 to get the lowdown about complaints against the moving company you're considering...As for this company they haven't heard last of me!!!
I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company....they are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I made my reservation for 8am...so I thought....2 days before my move, the company called to confirm my 9-10am appointment �. When I negated that time, I was ensured that the movers would be at my place no later than 9am. On the day of my move, at 9:04am, I gave the company a call because no one had arrived or called me. James told me that he would give the driver a call and have the driver call me. 9:48am and no call/no crew! ... read more
