They suck don't us them nocked holes in my walls gouged my new wood flooring and tried to pick my treadmill up by the control panel and broke that of. Please, please, please read the online complaints against All My Sons before you hire them and trust them to handle your belongings. The complaints against them are very similar across the country.
I scheduled a move of my household goods from XXX to XXX scheduled for December 21, 2017 for 3:30 pm but I was able to coordinate an earlier time when I called the dispatch office. At approximately 2:45 pm three employees from SG of Raleigh, LLC. DBA All My Sons Moving & Storage of Raleigh arrived at my apartment. Within 30 minutes of arrival one of the movers asked my mother to go to the store to buy him a pack of Newport shorts cigarettes and a second mover asked her to buy him a sprite. Should be called all my thieves. Things missing that were placed in places not packed. $50 out my daughters wallet, 2 pair of beat solo 3s. Maybe I misplaced them? Not a chance.

My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed
ZERO STARS - STAY AWAY. After paying them THOUSANDS of dollars, I am painstaking unpacking damaged and broken items in box after box. With the exception of one kid who seemed like his mom took away his video games and made him get a job, the move in/out teams were good guys. I still have two additional moves and have already hired a competitor. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever, unless you are paying a bill, then they are happy to help. They were late getting to me and I was promised that my items would be placed in climate control spaces...well that did not happen...when they came out of storage to my new home they were full of dirt and leaves...so what does that tell you...did not wrap my head board to my bed and it was all damaged...new mattress & box springs was torn...along with a lot of other items damaged...and to top it off...they LOST two of my boxes and have no clue where they are AND THEY DO NOT CARE. The guys were hard-working, but inexperienced movers. I think the lead driver had some training and the other guys were Craig's List pickups. They also sent a Penske rental truck with an electric lift instead of an All My Sons truck with a ramp, which about doubled the length of the move. I'll do my home work next time.
