The driver of one of their trucks purposely ran a stop sign and hit my pit that I’ve had for 10 years! He didn’t stop to apologize, he just kept going! They even drove back by my house never stopping!! All he had to do was stop and apologize!! If they don’t care about an animal just think if it had been a child!! WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Movers arrived at 8:30AM and did not finish moving until 10:30PM and we were moving out of a 2-bedroom apartment into a 2-bedroom apartment literally two miles up the road! When I returned to the new apartment after I had paid, I called the elevator and THERE WAS MORE OF OUR BELONGINGS LEFT ON THE RESIDENT ELEVATOR! MAJOR FIRE HAZARD! Very disappointed in the move. The crew damaged my furniture, were disorganized and left without assembling some items. I have spent a week trying to get some bed slats shipped out to me from the Raleigh warehouse without any results. I have a California King bed that i cannot assemble until they are shipped to me. I will be filing a claim but don't have any confidence that I will receive compensation.

learn how to protect furniture they are moving, then move it. Be able to pack a truck efficiently. And be able to read the words VERY FRAGILE!
NEGATIVE Stars. This company is a total rip off, and not to mention they "lost" several of my boxes which included expensive cookware. This company took double the time they quoted me (despite me being 100% boxed and ready to go). The movers were SLOW SLOW and did NOT have any tools as they advertise for simple tasks like disassembling and reassembling furniture like a bed frame. Less than 1 star for rating. Terrible experience for professional movers to move locally and they were clearly trying to waste time. Jim Hendron estimated 3 hours of work to move 5 pieces of furniture (2 beds, 2 couches, and an elliptical), and the majority of our boxes were already in the entry way and in the garage for easy moving. We are on a tight budget, so we prepared well in advance for efficiency. Customer service was great, estimator was awesome! Scheduling was great until it came to the day before the move. Scheduling mixed up the date. They reassured me our move would happen. Came the next day and no crew. Kept getting lip service that a crew was going to show up. Finally a crew showed up 6 hours late. They sent a crew that was tired and not very experienced. They did the best they could. Scratched up my hardwoods in the bedrooms. Very disappointed! Picked them because of good rating on BBB.
