This moving company is a nightmare. I was supposed to have 4 people, and only three showed up. I was moving 3 miles away, and was quoted 3 hours. They only moved 11 items, and took almost 4 hours to do it. Every item they moved was damaged including my walls. Charged me for mattress covers, mirror covers, and tape. They only used a bit of tape. The mattresses are so dirty, and furniture will cost way more then the overpriced move to repair. The head guy had about 10 cigarettes in just under 4 hours of the move. It's way too expensive and they damaged my property. Even though the mover admitted to the damage, I have to file a claim then get the claim NOTARIZED!!! It's BS. I'll never use them again. I spent over $400 and it's just me and I don't have a lot. Not worth it.
My move with All My Sons Moving & Storage (28275 I-10, Boerne, TX 78006) was on May 20th. I hired them because I wanted a stress free and simple move. If only that would have been my experience. Worthless company with even more worthless human beings, like Robert Springer. Nowhere, anywhere on any of the documents or in our conversations was it stated that the deposit was non-refundable. Now all of the sudden when our house deal falls through and we have to cancel our move it is non-refundable. I hope keeping that deposit money was worth the loss of a customer. I will tell anybody and everybody that will listen not to use this worthless "company".

NEVER NEVER NEVER use these crooks. They are exactly what's wrong with America today. Steal from the hard working people just to get a few extra bucks. Pass it on. They steal money by padding your move with wasted time.

Oh My God, please stop calling me! Yes, I called and asked you for a quote which was $500 HIGHER than someone else's quote. I have ignored/declined your calls for the past week. I understand you are trying to get the sale. I understand that you try to follow up. But, your attempts have been excessive bordering on harassment.
