Horrible was quoted one price then got the bill and they added all these fees that were never discussed. They even sent an extra guy and still barely got done in the quoted time, I didn’t ask for the extra guy they just sent him. If you are going to try and and all these extras maybe ask first I didn’t need my furniture wrapped in plastic wrap (Whats even the point in it not like it’s protecting anything) then you charged me for mattress bags as well without asking didn’t need or want those either. 2 of the guys were nice an... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst moving company i have ever dealt with. Where do I start?! Final bill was much higher than quoted, not the length of move and time but hidden fees. They charge you for supplies! Not boxes, I’m talking about tape, shrink wrap, furniture pads and mattress covers. Fuel surcharge was a joke for going 10 miles. Billed my credit card before the move was even finished. Counted their tips in front of me then offered snide remarks. Did not have me inspect the back of the truck to ensure everyth... read more

This company is a joke. They don't care about others safety. I called in and talked to someone about their drivers going around school buses..... This is still going on!! If my kids bus is hit due to your drivers then I will own your company. I would never use this company nor would I recommend them.

You are employing a major thief and drug abuser in David Bruce Baxter. He embezzled thousands upon thousands of dollars at his last employer. He has no business handling other people’s belongings. He manipulated children to steal for him. Please be careful with this guy!!!!

Worst moving experience ever! DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They broke and damaged and "LOST" my things and charge me over $700!!!! Took over 5 hours to move a small 2 bedroom downstairs apartment with numerous breaks and an hour lunch, on my time! When I asked for a partial refund to pay for fixing the damaged and broken items and to relace my "LOST" items, the owner told me to file a police report and PROVE theft! Worst move ever. We paid the deposit, had an appointment and the cancelled while we were at our closing. With all of our furniture & belongings packed, they told us at 2:00 PM they wouldn't make it, but they could the next day. What is the point of a deposit & appointment then?? After they finally found a crew that could move us, they arrived exhausted since we were their 3rd move of that day. Not the crew's fault, I understand but it slowed them down a lot. Do yourself a favor and find a different moving company. Used them for a move from Tulsa to KC. We have moved several times across country (with different companies) and this was the worse service we have ever received. They were unprofessional, lacked basic communication skills, and we are missing a 42" TV. They chipped our wood floors, made several marks on the wall, and damaged two pieces of furniture. They have not responded to emails and two phone messages.

BUYER BEWARE!! THE MANAGEMENT IS ONE STEP ABOVE BEING "FLAT OUT CROOKS" Estimator visited house, quoted 6.5 hrs with one truck@175.00 hr plus fuel and materials. Required half up front. 4 hrs into move, truck full got 65% of house arrived new house, wanted balance of quoted before unloading Their insurance is not insurance .60 (sixty cents a pound) thats their max coverage. Took an additional 2 hrs at $175 hr. Management commented that their estimate was just a quote and was not binding, also could not believe that one truc... read more
