WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! 2 Movers show up to move my moms 1bedroom apt. Everything was already broken down for them to move. It took them 2 hours alone to wrap the furniture. Come to find out the movers were outside taking smoke 🚬 breaks & talking. My 62yo mother started helping them pack her own stuff downstairs. They backed into the neighbors car & kept going. Arrived at the new apt they tore 3 holes in my mom's furniture. 1 mover cut his self & bleed on the couch. Dinning room chairs were covered in black dirt.... read more

We hired All My Sons to move one living room sectional two hours from my father-in-law’s home to ours. I feel we were overcharged for the amount of work and we are not at all happy with the service. Our quoted time of arrival changed by over 3 hours. The sales manager said a call was noted the day prior notifying us of the time change. We never received that call. Called this company for a last minute move. All seemed in order. I was promised 4 movers but one left about halfway through the job. Also had a couch cut in two places as well as the mattress was cut. I even paid extra for mattress protection. I have requested a partial credit but keep getting ignored. Do not hire this company.
POSTING ON BEHALF OF FAMILY... SCHEDULED A MOVE 3 WEEKS AGO PD A DEPOSIT.. TOLD THEM I NEEDED MORNING MOVE THEY SD OK 11AM....THEY CALLED 3 DAYS AGO THEY SD 11 TO 2......NOW ITS AFTER 3PM AND THEY SD THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHEN OR IF IT WILL GET DONE TODAY....I CALL ASK FOR A MANAGER THEY DONT CARE...ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT NOPE CANT GET THAT EITHER.,YEAH BEWARE AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE DEFINITELY NOT HERE
They didn’t bother to properly wrap our furniture and banged up our stainless steel fridge, walls, floors and stole and a box of our booze.
DO NOT USE!!! We are/WERE repeat customers. We booked movers on Friday for the following Wednesday. We were scheduled for a walk thru on Monday am prior to the move to help determine specific cost and crew needs, all the while being assured we were booked regardless for the following Wed. Sunday night at 8pm we get a call from a gentlemen that says he is calling to confirm our Monday morning walk thru and see if we can move a different day bc they don’t actually have anyone to move us on Wed. HORRIBLE! Things started off well. On the day before they were to show up Kyle called to give me a time and go over everything. He advised they were unable to reconnect my dryer at the new location. He then acknowledged that because it was going to storage, it wouldn't be necessary anyway. Fast forward next day...the movers did not take the dryer. I called to inquire why. Horrible was quoted one price then got the bill and they added all these fees that were never discussed. They even sent an extra guy and still barely got done in the quoted time, I didn’t ask for the extra guy they just sent him. If you are going to try and and all these extras maybe ask first I didn’t need my furniture wrapped in plastic wrap (Whats even the point in it not like it’s protecting anything) then you charged me for mattress bags as well without asking didn’t need or want those either. 2 of the guys were nice an... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst moving company i have ever dealt with. Where do I start?! Final bill was much higher than quoted, not the length of move and time but hidden fees. They charge you for supplies! Not boxes, I’m talking about tape, shrink wrap, furniture pads and mattress covers. Fuel surcharge was a joke for going 10 miles.
