One of our movers was great his name was Tyler, move was painless, the reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it's a team effort one person was giving 100% the other was not making the process slower....
Run away from them Do you want all your items delivered and those delivered in one piece? Then move on and look for a reputable company.
Here's my message to the company. I hope they respond quickly. I need to have you pick up all the items that the crew failed to take--at least two pickup loads. This includes items I listed in our original contact. I have no cell service at my new house, but I will be back at the old house by 10 am. I HAVE to be out by tomorrow afternoon, and I have to clean. I am extremely disappointed. I have an injured foot, but I walked through many times as long as I was able. When I called for a quote and to set up a date I spoke with a man named Sam. He was extremely pleasant and he got my appointment set and I put my deposit down. I called a few days ago to bump up my appointment and they had no problem doing so. I got a call Friday 8-12-16 around 4 pm, I called back an hour later with no response. Today, Saturday 8-13-16 I got an email at 10:30 am, and another at 12:30 pm, saying they had been trying to reach me for the past several days and had canceled my appointment.
