Do yourself a favor and find a different moving company. Used them for a move from Tulsa to KC. We have moved several times across country (with different companies) and this was the worse service we have ever received. They were unprofessional, lacked basic communication skills, and we are missing a 42" TV. They chipped our wood floors, made several marks on the wall, and damaged two pieces of furniture. They have not responded to emails and two phone messages.
BUYER BEWARE!! THE MANAGEMENT IS ONE STEP ABOVE BEING "FLAT OUT CROOKS" Estimator visited house, quoted 6.5 hrs with one truck@175.00 hr plus fuel and materials. Required half up front. 4 hrs into move, truck full got 65% of house arrived new house, wanted balance of quoted before unloading Their insurance is not insurance .60 (sixty cents a pound) thats their max coverage. One of our movers was great his name was Tyler, move was painless, the reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it's a team effort one person was giving 100% the other was not making the process slower....
Run away from them Do you want all your items delivered and those delivered in one piece? Then move on and look for a reputable company.
Here's my message to the company. I hope they respond quickly. I need to have you pick up all the items that the crew failed to take--at least two pickup loads. This includes items I listed in our original contact. I have no cell service at my new house, but I will be back at the old house by 10 am. When I called for a quote and to set up a date I spoke with a man named Sam. He was extremely pleasant and he got my appointment set and I put my deposit down. I called a few days ago to bump up my appointment and they had no problem doing so. I got a call Friday 8-12-16 around 4 pm, I called back an hour later with no response. Today, Saturday 8-13-16 I got an email at 10:30 am, and another at 12:30 pm, saying they had been trying to reach me for the past several days and had canceled my appointment. I do not recommend this company to anyone my experience was a nightmare and the management is horrible. We booked a morning move with two men. At 11am they said the 2 men truck were not available for a long time but they could give us 3 men for a discount and they would be there with in two hours. So they up sold me and then didn't even do what they said. They finally showed up at 5pm. Turned out to only be a 10$ discount. We waisted our whole day. They do not follow through with anything. So here's the thing, I must first start by saying what was best about this company. No my wife and I leave on the third floor in our apartment complex, so it was not an easy move, and not only did the movers not complain even once, they were fun and happy and were a joy to be around while they were moving (yes, my wife and I helped move as well) whenever we spoke with people, they were very friendly and easy to work with.
