We booked our move with them a week before memorial day weekend, and we were assured they could handle our move despite the holiday. We even gave them a deposit before the move. The day before the move they called to verify that the move was still on. The day of the move they were to move us from 12 to 4pm. We were waiting for them to show and at 11am they called to inform us that all the staff called in for the weekend.
