This company was absolutely horrendous to work with on a move. After paying a deposit a month ahead of time and receiving a contract from a manager, they were scheduled to move on Saturday morning at 8:30 and did not show up until after 1:00. The movers refused to move anything because they were told it was a one bedroom apartment even though the contract says 1850 square foot 3 bd 2 bth home! Very unreliable moving company. We had a move scheduled at mid-day and the movers didn't call us until 4:30pm. Never answered our phone calls throughtout the day or informed us about the delay. Even worst was that, they called in the evening and canceled our appointment. Offered us to reschedule 2 days later, which was not going to work because our lease was running out. We had to hire a different company. Ridiculous communication and service- please didn't trust them.

Absolutely horrible, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Cancelled the DAY BEFORE saying that there wasn't a way to move the furniture, which was a complete lie. I called to make a complaint and they just tossed it aside and wouldn't even give me the manager's information for me to call them. Resolutely ridiculous!

I have used All My Sons twice. The first time was for a local move and it was perfect. I decided to use them again for an out of state move because they were the cheapest for the long distance. My two movers were great with getting me packed up and got to my location in a timely fashion. However, I noticed that they left a few items. I dismissed it as an oversight. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE. I booked my moving date three weeks in advance for 4 men. I had a representative come to my house before then to do a "walk through" and to see if there were any problems with a truck getting down my driveway. I was assured it would be NO PROBLEM. Please don't waste your time!!! Moving is already stressful, especially when your movers do not show up. I made an appt almost a week in advance, then was bumped from my morning appt to early afternoon. Then that was bumped till late afternoon; not after they called me, but after we called them to ask " where are y'all?" And then...they cancelled on us. Bad management!!! They didn't even apologize or call us! He sent it in a text?! Not cool!

DO NOT USE! They are extremely unreliable. Made the mistake of scheduling an appt on Tues for a Sunday move. Sounded great, Theyb were the only company that could move us on a Sunday. Appt made for Sunday morning, Then bumped to Sunday afternoon. Still no movers!! Then bumped to Sunday late afternoon. Not good. Two partial moves over the course of a week. A 2-man crew and then a 3-man crew (included piano). Moderate care was taken. Slight damage. Crew was rather casual and slow. One hard worker, but rest seemed to be in daze. Biggest complaint (and maybe petty) was they tossed their trash (empty Gatorade bottles, etc.) into a large cement planter, down a wooded embankment when trash/recycle cans were 2' away, and under the wheel of their truck so it was flattened! I mean, who does that?

Do not use this company. They estimated one 26' truck and one day. It took 2 26' trucks and 2 days, increasing the estimated cost of the move. Also, we only moved 8 miles and our dining room table was damaged and AMS refuses to repair advising we agreed to a $.60/lb damage settlement in the event something was damaged. The repair cost is $900 and they will only pay $60.00. The sales rep that came to our house was inadequate and did not explain the differences of insurance coverage at all. Never use this company.
