AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had a move scheduled for 5/24 with the Roswell location and these people called me the MORNING OF and asked what they were moving after I had described the items in exact detail (dimensions and weight) weeks before. They then ABANDONED THE JOB THE DAY OF.
The worst move of my life. I would not even recommend these people to my worst enemy.
Hired this company for small move. They were to be here Saturday. I paid deposit and had everything ready. I got one email confirmation and nothing else . I have called the Birmingham number which is in Dallas, Tx and they say they will call you back, never one call. They said they had no way to reach any employee in Birmingham .... no one has a cell phone? I am sitting here Sunday night and was supposed to be out! NEVER USE THISCOMPANY! Worst service I have ever gotten.
Do not use this company to move you. They are a company that will string out the hourly rate by taking long lunch breaks smoke on your clock and take the longest route to point B. All that was said here can be backed by true facts!
These 3 men came to help my mom move. 1 dude shows up in flip flops. They begin moving, moved my brothers mattress, boxes etc. came to my moms mattress and they said they can’t move it because it’s unsanitary(mind you they just moved one to the truck) couldnt move the washer and dryer because they “don’t have the tools”. Horrible !!!!!!! took only half of ladies stuff to move 15 min awY & then went driving to the wrong city further away. BEWARE !!!
I had the worst experience ever today. Story time: I set up an appointment with All My Sons Moving & Storage. I paid the deposit on Monday. I was told that I’d be the second customer today. I called them at 10am for an ETA. They told me they’d be at my home within an hr. No one called, texted or sent a pigeon my way. I call the company back at 2pm. Where do I begin? They showed up to my house smelling like they all just smoked weed. Then they scratched up all of our furniture, especially our expensive Ethan Allen pieces. They left half the refrigerator Handles off. We called twice and was told they were coming back....they never did. Moving is stressful enough, but they ruined it! Save you money, time, and stress. The rates are cheap for a reason....stay away, FAR AWAY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had a move scheduled for weeks. They called an hour after they were suppose to be at my house and canceled on me. They told me there was nothing they could do to help and “that’s the reality of the situation”. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This is a horrible company with bad management and they take no pride in their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give this company zero stars I would.
