they came A DAY LATE TO THE MOVE DUE TO HORRIBLE CLERICAL SKILLS. MY WATER POWER AND ALL WAS SWITCHED OVER. CAME AN HOUR LATE THE NEXT DAY GOT STUCK IN THE NIDDLE OF THE ROAD SO IT TOOK A TOTAL OF TWO HOURS TO EVEN GET THE MOVE STARTED. Nightmare. Hired them to move my elderly parents 2 days ago. All they had to do was move them 3 miles in Gadsden… All my sons were late, left early, didn’t wrap anything and sat nice wood furniture on it’s side. They left items, they stacked mirrors and oil paintings on top of each other, set antique wood furniture on its side, and white fabric headboards directly on the ground in a garage. Do not do business with this Micky Mouse run company! We hired them to help us move in June of 2021. They showed up late and high, but everything seemed to go fine. That is until they broke a $4000 antique vase that has been in our family for generations. I was told their insurance would cover it. Well, that was a lie in every sense of the word. I will never use all my sons(Birmingham) again. They are very unprofessional and also they breached the contract. They did not complete the move at all. They smelled of weed and had on nike slides. If you want to dodge a bullet use another company. They did not put the bed together as promised. Among other things.
This company did not take care of my sons belongings at all ,they moved him from our home to Wisconsin and on arrival at his new home several pieces were damaged and missing feet to two furniture items . We have tried to get in contact with them but they have not returned any emails...If it was not for my husband at the other end helping to unload the truck I am sure there would of been more items damaged . I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I have NEVER before worked with such an incompetent, unprofessional, and unreliable company. My family is moving Grandparents who are (75+ yrs old), and we were informed THE DAY BEFORE the move was scheduled, that they misquoted our move, did not have any workers or trucks available, and would not be moving us, period. My entire family is now scrambling trying to figure out what to do at this point as the grandparents are unable to move the furniture alone. Terrible!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! My mother scheduled them TWICE to pack and move her! TWICE they arrived unprepared to pack!! They literally came out on two separate occasions without packing supplies! Having to hire another company to finish what they started!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME WITH ALL MY SONS MOVING!!
We called 3 weeks prior to move and set up the appointment for 8 am. We get a call 3 days before move in saying “we don’t think we will be able to make it to you”. Which is an absurd excuse when we were the first people of the day. Do not book with this company because this is terrible business. We chose this company because we heard great things and that impression was not left.
