If I could give 0, I would. I called in OCTOBER to schedule my move for a December morning. When they called the week of my move, they no longer had any mornings available. They told me my movers would be here between 1-4. It is 5:52 and I am still waiting. AWFUL way to run a business.
This company is the worst! Moving a two bedroom loft across town should not take nine hours. And at the end of nine hours having a garage full of stuff that they didn't move, as well as other property that couldn't fit in the truck was a nightmare! After damaging my property as well as my home I had enough. When I refused to pay their $1100 bill they took my property hostage. That's called stealing! If they have any decency and respect for their customers they will make it right with me. Time will tell.

Extremely disappointed with this company! It took over 2 hours for them to load a 2 bedroom duplex (we had already moved everything except for the large pieces of furniture). Then I got to looking at my bill and they charged me $40 for shrink wrap which they didn't use. I called and spoke to Scott who was extremely rude!! I really think all these extra charges should be disclosed when they give you a quote. I'm just so disgusted with the whole ordeal. This move was a nightmare! They had great customer care leading up to the actual move, had someone come out and estimate cost etc but once moving day arrived it was a nightmare! The crew was over an hour late. When they arrived I was asked if I could go pick up breakfast bc the mover "can't work when I'm hungry". When explaining the paperwork I was told they are a "tipping company" and how little they make. They took a smoke break after only being there 1 hr and 15 minute and left cigarette butts in my driveway. They had dif... read more

They didn't come prepared at all as far as having tools to disassemble any of my furniture. Right off the get go one of my end tables was dropped outside and damaged. I wouldn't recommend this company at all!

I am at a friend's move right now after 12 hours with this company. They arrived at 9:00 this morning and should have been loaded and on the road by 2:00 pm. It is now 9:00 pm and they just pulled up to the new house (only 7.8 miles between houses). No one is leading this crew. They don't know how to handle appliances or solve any problems. I'm not sure if this email will go to the same recipient of my survey but I am so upset, I want to make sure something gets done. Yesterday, I had the worst moving experience of my life. The movers were taking bribes for "cash or check' tips in exchange for not charging me for boxes used. Boxes in which I told them I didn't need anyway.
