Booked a move, paid a deposit, they never showed. Ruined our moving plans. Complicated our end of lease. Terrible customer service.

I actually saw them breaking several items and try to hide it. Then, after I showed them the damage (broken table leg and dropped and shattered Christmas ornaments) they tried to tell me there was no damage. I would be very surprised if they are in business in a year. I was charged for materials and time that wasn't used. (Refunded $104). I would never, ever recommend them.

Not a great experience for $3k. Movers were supposed to arrive between 8 and 9 AM, and to call us at 7:30 AM. Neither happened; we called and were informed that the driver got stuck due to flooding in Nashville (understandable, but could have let us know that instead of waiting for us to call). Moved very slow -- we paid extra to have 4 guys move us and it took them nearly 12 hours to do this, which seemed ridiculous when most of our boxes were in the garage to make the task quicker for them. Could not have been more disappointed. After an initial assessment that went great everything else was awful. Was told by management they would "make it right" and that didn't happen. And have yet to receive a follow up from management to see if things improved. Very miserable experience, I wish I had moved myself.

Do NOT use this company! They charged me $1200 for a ridiculous small amount of furniture. This is a scam!!!
