I work with a homebuilder. When hiring them to do a move for us, they hit my truck. I know this not because I saw them, or heard them... no because they left without saying anything. Since this is probably going to be a somewhat long post, I would like to preface by saying DO NOT TRUST YOUR TIME, POSSESSIONS, OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. You are much better off with The Little Guys Movers who are actually professional and do a quick but good job. It took this team 5 hours to move an 1100 sq foot apartment, in contrast it took the Little Guys 2.5 hrs to move the same stuff two months ago. Me and my sister had the worst customer experience of our entire lives yesterday. Me and my sister hired a three man team to move our furniture from our 1100 square foot apartment to our new townhome. My sister was at the apartment when the movers arrived and she was sending me videos all along of them goofing off and standing around when there were still things to be taken down. I have never written a bad review about a business and I regret having to write one now. I have used a moving service three times not counting my move using All My Sons Moving & Storage. Each previous move has been without incident and has never deviated from what I was quoted and has never gone beyond the allotted 2-hour period. Each move was a 5-mile move, one-bedroom, no living room or kitchen furniture, only one bedroom and a stackable washer and dryer. This is how these “professional movers” packed my truck. I understand that there is “shifting” when driving, but you can see most of this was intentional. Almost ALL of my 3 bedroom house is ruined. And I paid $1300 for it! Oh and the claims?! Since I didn’t use “their truck” I was told I’m on my own. Then was told they’d talk to the GM. That was over a week ago... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They like to break tv’s and then be rude as hell about it.
Movers chipped granite bedroom furniture. Aggressive to book and difficult to work with on damage. Would not recommend. Murfreesboro team - office and movers.

An absolutely awful experience. I had issues with promises made by corporate vs. what the local team delivered. The day was a logistic nightmare. I had furniture damaged that is worth over $800 and they offered me $50 then $300 but only if I didn't say anything negative. The move took longer than expected (which is normal) but then I was asked on a date by one of the movers who now knows where I live (which is not normal).
