AVOID!!! All my sons did over $4,000 of damages to our floors (see pictures) and they will not reimburse us for the costs to repair them. The company rep lied to us about being reimbursed and now they won't respond to our voice mails and emails. They collect their money and don't care about any damage they do to your home/belongings. BUYER BEWARE!!! I 100% regret using this company and I suggest you do the same for those doing their diligence researching moving companies!
All My Sons performed a local (.5 mile) move of my studio apartment in August 2020. Unfortunately, the move was a disaster and I never write negative reviews, but am hoping to help others avoid a similar experience - five months later I am still dealing with this mess. Showed up 7 hours late, high, left my house smelling like weed before the buyer’s final walkthrough. Told me they couldn’t do the job and to have another company do it the next day. Never calling them again. The absolute worst.
Try showing up! Or maybe pretending you actually give a shred of a sh*t when you dont!
Damaged furniture and Walls, broke glass, didn’t use any lifting tools. I regret the decision to use them.
Terrible service. Friend had to call the cops.
Make sure you get a firm, signed quote. These guys have bait and switch down to a science. On top of charging us $1000.00 more than they quoted by ‘phone, they lost (or didn’t deliver) our bed slats.
Movers were nice but several hours late and exhausted by the time they got to me. The company literally wouldn’t answer any of my calls (but were quick to take my deposit/payment of course), when I finally did reach someone they found where they were supposed to show up hours earlier, then “transferred’ me (I waited for an hour on hold before hanging up). FUTURE/POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS--BEWARE! Please take the time to read! I sent this email along with pictures yesterday evening, 3/10/2020. I recieved a settlement this afternoon like many of you all already on here with complaints. They offered $0.60 per lb, for a grand total of $60.00; I then called, then I recieved the "good faith" offer that so many have posted about for a total of $100.00; this is ridiculous.
