Drivers hit my garage enroute to their destination. NO one, not even the corporate office is returning my calls. After posting about it on fb, many of my friends commented that this company lost furniture, damaged furniture without reimbursement, and one friend even said that the movers took a box of baby clothes when they didn't receive a tip. DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS.
They were helpful. Was charged more than led to believe when given the quote.
Movers makes a world of difference when you are moving. The guys that moved us were friendly and helpful. (They also asked that I submit this review while standing in front of me and offered to give me a discount if I did it.) They did smoke quite a bit while working and stopped for drinks on the way to our storage facility (leaving us to wait for them while they were on the clock). My mom used this company. She was quoted one rate on the phone then was charged $30 more per hour . And asked for 2 guys. Was charged for 3 ,my mom didn't realize till she got the total. Several things were damaged. We will not ever use this company again. The guys that work for them told us that when u call the number you either get the Nashville office or the corporate office & if you get the corporate office they mess everything up ! Update: Unfortunately I need to update this review from excellent to poor. We were very sad to find items that were moved into our storage unit were broken and hidden beneath a blanket. We know this happened the day of the move because they were in the back of the unit, under a blanket that hasn't been touched since that day. It was very discouraging to think we were lied to in this manner, especially since we gave a very nice tip to each member of the crew. The only reason I could even think to give this 2 stars instead of 1 is that Michael and Anthony that did our move were awesome! Beyond that, NOTHING was good! But despite how good these guys were, to say I hated my experience was accurate. First, we were told our movers would arrive just a bit after 12pm....they got there at 5pm. We were the third move of the day for one of the guys!!! In those 5 hours of waiting, we received not a single call from anyone. We called 4 or 5 times and each time got a different story as t... read more

I booked my move almost, but not quite, a week out. My experience with booking the move and getting information was great. No complaints there. I was given an estimated arrival for 12-4 at my confirmation call two days prior to my move. I understand why there is such a long window, no big deal. The day of my move, I never heard from the company. I personally had to reach out, at 3:45pm to check in. This was 15 minutes before the end of my movers arrival window.
