I would love to give this company no stars but that is not an option. The worst customer service in the world. Now to be fair, the movers I had in Columbus, Ohio were friendly and appeared to do a decent job, but that is the extent of the positives for this horrible company. This is the worst moving company you could possibly hire!!! We were quoted a price then over charged...then most of our furniture was damaged or broken!! Nothing will fully be replaced because the contract states they will only pay $0.60 per pound.... That really shows you how they value their customers!!! The cooperate office was awful to deal with!! On time to my old house but went to the wrong address claiming the company gave them the wrong address but after further inspection, he showed me another customers paperwork. His mistake for reading the wrong thing but I told him how to get there, my mom told him how to get there and we waited 30-40 min on them. I had one clock broken and one armoire beat to heck which they weren't going to tell me about but my mom saw them messing with it. Oh where to start. I started working for all my sons in august of 2014. On april 28 2016 i got a call from my boss. Our branch was being shut down, no severance pay, nothing. Basically " hey thanks for your almost two years of dedication, but you and 13 others are bow unemployed". So for anyone that wants to hire these people READ THIS. 1. I just posted my daughter's experience on your Web site. It was the most unprofessional experience. The supervisor Marks Ross was very rude, unprofessional and defiantly needs training in customer service. Very unhappy and disappointed.
Worst company to deal with ever. Movers were nice guys, but owner said it was going to be $159 total for a 1 mile move. After "packing" which there was none, and fuel, they charged $650!!! Most asanine thing I've heard of. DO NOT USE!!!!

Worst company you could choose. They moved my aunt not even 20 min down the road! And they took 45 to get to the new house. They over charged her and tried to leave with the cash she handed them to pre pay. They scuffed the brand new furniture! Kept the fridge handles and they were returned scratched from them running them across the pavement because they were pissed off. CODY was the main mover out of the 3 that came. DO NOT USE
